Great selection of traditional Cantonese afternoon dimsum. Like its predecessor, Golden Bay offers roast goose, which is basically like Chinese roasted duck, but coming in at twice the mass. One neat thing is for some tea orders (the tea fee), your table gets a Chiu Jao (潮州) method of tea service. Boiling water is poured into the kettle with a leaf strainer. Immediately, the newly brewed tea is poured into a glass decanter for serving. A table drainpot is on hand for spills. The only downside are that the cups are tiny.
